General Information
- Keys Ventures @ 96 is a 55+ community.
- Keys Ventures offers RV lot rentals by the month.
- We take a $350 deposit to hold reservations. Provide 1 months notice for a full refund.
Utilities
- Electricity: For long term residents, your electricity will be setup directly through Florida Keys Electric Coop, and you will pay FKEC directly. Electricity will be included for seasonal resdidents.
- Sewer: Hookup and usage fees are included in rent.
- Internet: Free WiFi is provided.
- Cable: Comcast is available in the area.
Approval for Move In
- Long term residents are required to fill out an application. This can be found here.
- Keys Ventures does not allow convicted felons, background checks are ran on all applicants staying on a monthly basis.
- Pets are allowed.
- RV units will need to be in good condition and approved by management.
Amenities
- There is coin laundry available for residents only.
- Dock and waterfront area is available for use by all residents.
