Keys Ventures @101
Located at Mile Marker 101, Keys Ventures @ 101 is in the heart of Key Largo with many restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Keys Ventures @ 101 is a 55+ community. There are boat slips for rent for residents only, and a peaceful pavilion in the dock area for use by all residents.
General Information
- Keys Ventures offers RV and Mobile Home lot rentals by the month.
- A security deposit equal to one months rent is required at move in.
- Rent does not cover electricity or water.
Utilities
- Water: Usage is billed by the park. It will be added to your bill each month.
- Electricity: Your electricity will be setup directly through Florida Keys Electric Coop, and you will pay FKEC directly.
- Sewer: Hookup and usage fees are included in rent.
- Cable/Internet: Comcast and AT&T are available in the area.
Approval for Move In
- All future residents are required to fill out an application. This can be found here.
- Keys Ventures does not allow convicted felons, background checks are ran on all applicants.
- Pets over 15 pounds are not permitted.
- RV or Mobile Home units will need to be in good condition and approved by management.

- There is coin laundry available for residents only.
- The pavilion on the water is available for use by all residents.
- Boat Slips are available for rent by current residents.
